I have about of 4 years of experience working in the public sector, and 2 years of experience in International Organizations. Before that, I worked for about of one year two smalls consultancies in different periods. Moreover, I earned my MBA two years ago.

I would not try to apply for a BA position with that amount of experience and an MBA. Normally, with that experience you would at least join as a (Senior) Associate or Engagement Manager.
If you have tried joining MBB at a higher position and it has not worked out yet, instead of applying as a BA, I'd rather suggest you join another strategy consulting firm at an appropriate level and then make a move to MBB at a later stage, if that is still your end goal.

Not really. And I'm not sure why you would want to.
Since you have professional experience and an MBA, you should apply for the Associate role.
Any reason why you want to go for a more junior role?
Do discuss this with the recruiter as well, and have them walk you through the differences between the roles.

No - post MBA and with that amount of experience, you'd certainly be coming in as an Associate or higher.

Generally, after you have an MBA you would either join as a JA or Associate, depending on where the MBA is from.
You are likely underselling yourself by applying to BA (assuming you are talking about MCK).
For your experiences and with an MBA, you can apply for Associate in MCK or Consultant in BCG / Bain.
