I recently applied to BCG for an internship position summer 2024. They reached out and asked me to do my pymetrics- sadly I only saw the email 3 days later as I had been having issues with my computer. I still completed my pymetrics about a day late but am worried about my application - although from what I see it is still being process.
What should I do?

Get in touch with HR and let them know about your situation - I'm sure being a day late won't be an issue if you have a legitimate reason and explain it.

This is unfortunate, but it happens.
I wouldn't worry about it. Instead, write to HR / the recruiter you were in contact with and tell them about the situation. They can understand that these things happen so they won't seek to penalise you for it.
Last but not least, aim to apply broadly, specifically now since firms are tougher on recruitment than usual. Here's a guide on how to build a winning strategy:

Honestly, it's not great. They have 1,000s of applicants and may just filter you out as a result (it would be correlated to success).
I would reach out to them directly. Explain the situation. Hopefully they will make an exception.

I would call HR and ask if they received everything correctly, mentioning you had an issue with your computer. They should clarify whether everything is fine from their side.
