Yes.
Unless they changed it recently. There's lots of change now in the industry as they're trying to adapt to the downturn.
But you can get a full confirmation of this if you just chat to a BCG employee as part of your networking chats.

Yes, and also MBAs (which can be sponsored if you are a top performer).
However, only for PhDs in fields that are not STEM. For example, a PhD in economics would be fine, but a PhD in physics not.
