Bain Solve test

Hi, I have solved the Bain Sova test on September 27th, almost 4 weeks now, but still haven't heard back yet. Should I follow up or is it normal case?

It's rather long.

I'd recommend you follow-up with them for an update. They normally take 2-3 weeks.

But also don't read too much into it. This is a busy time for recruitment so maybe they just have a backlog.

In the meantime, stay proactive and continue applying. Here are a few principles to keep in mind when building an application strategy:

Hi,

You should gently contact HR to have a follow-up. 4 weeks is long enough to ask that.

Cheers,

Alexandre

Given 4 weeks have passed, it is fine to follow up at this stage.

Good luck!

Hi there,

You can followup, but please don't expect much. There are a couple of recruiters and hundreds of applicants for a given office.

Make sure to keep networking and applying to lots of other firms.
