McKinsey Partner Coaching – 5 Sessions
The suggested structure of the 5 sessions of 1-hour is the following (to be tailored based on your needs):
- Session 1: a real simulation of an MBB interview to mock interview to assess your starting point and uncover strengths and areas of development to calibrate how close or far you are from passing the bar
- Sessions 2, 3 and 4: deep dives and drills on the areas where you need more improvement, including fit interview, case structuring, math, brainstorming or chart reading
- Session 5: a final simulation of an MBB interview to polish final details before the real interview
