Hi !

I have worked as a senior consultant for McKinsey in Boston, MA, for 2 years and received training on how to conduct interviews and communicate effectively. I have helped more than 200 candidates successfully prepare for interviews with the top consulting firms. You can find hundreds of reviews from my coachees on the other large platforms for case practice, and on my website. I coach and conduct workshops and lectures at top MBA schools like LBS, HEC, ESSEC, etc.

I will quickly identify your strengths, provide practical feedback, and equip you with simple and impactful tricks so you can 'let your best self shine' during the interview.

I can run sessions in English or French, and in person (Paris) or via video.

I can practice any type of case and fit questions you need (MBB, EY, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.).

I look forward to helping you get that dream job!

My expert approach is based on three foundations:

  • Expertise - Several years ago, I went through the case interview prep myself, and learned how to crack these interviews to land an offer from the first firm I interviewed with: McKinsey. There, I was coached on executive communication and interviewing. I have since coached hundreds of candidates and helped them land offers at their top choice firms. I quickly spot my clients' strengths and areas for improvement, and teach candidates to be more concise, structured and convincing when presenting themselves. I am a strong believer in feedback: I deliver structured, detailed and action-oriented advice tailored to my clients needs. Last, my sessions are designed to provide the right balance between practice and theory, to ensure my clients' success

  • Confidence - I believe that confidence is one of the most important criteria for passing interviews, and I make it a priority to ensure that my clients feel like rock stars! I have helped and watched several candidates (including myself) go from a "I will never get this job" mindset to confidently walking in the interviews feeling like they already belonged to the company. Leveraging my natural positive "you can do it!" attitude and personality, I use several techniques to boost clients confidence: 1) practice, practice, practice, 2) a set of tools and methods to increase self-esteem, and 3) focusing on strengths

  • Personalization - One of my coaching strengths lies in my ability to adjust the content of my message to my audience - I have helped from case newbies to experienced hires interviewing for VP positions at McKinsey. Far from a preset and fixed "one size fits all" approach, I am flexible to clients' needs, preferences but also strengths and areas of improvement
