The only unfortunate thing is casing with this lady. We had a technical issue for less than 5 minutes and she started panicking, telling me in the chat that this is a mess while I was trying to call her again. Once she reconnected, she said her structure and directly hung over not even allowing me to ask her the case questions. The cherry on top is that the lady blocked me directly afterward and didn't care to clarify the situation. In over 70 cases I did on multiple platforms, the lady is definitely the worst caser I met.
