Yikun is a strong interviewee and this was obvious as I was giving her the case. However, in her role as an inteviewer and after 15-20 minutes in the case, I got the sense that at some parts, she was not listening to me and what I was telling. As a result, there was zero guidance and consideration on some of my assumptions by her side and this was very misguiding. Her feedback had both very good points and very generic too, especially in the parts that I felt that she was not really there. Although she gave me the sense that she wanted to finish the second part of our session quickly, these things happen and of course they are not so serious. However, after finishing I session, I saw that while she was giving me the case, she also spent time throwing sessions on the meeting board, sessions that were not there before we started the second part of our session. I've mentioned it to her also, although I don't think she understood that it would have been better to have stayed focused on our session and not doing other things at the same time. This is not kind, to say the least.
