What to Expect in the Application Process at Inverto, a BCG company

The application is done online via the Inverto applicant portal. To make the process as easy and fast as possible for our applicants, it is no longer necessary to write a cover letter, you only need to upload your CV and complete references. Very easy.

We don't have an application deadline, you can apply at any time and join at the beginning of any month. We try very hard to keep the application process as lean and fast as possible, so you will usually get a response to your application within a week. You can then start very quickly or with a certain lead time, depending on your wishes. Internships require a somewhat longer lead time (approx. 6 months), as we only have a limited number of places available.

You can see from the diagram how the application process works. You will receive information about the content of the interviews with the invitation. In general, we attach great importance to getting to know you personally. We want to find out if you are very Inverto and if you fit in with us. We also want to give you the opportunity to find out if we are a good fit for you. After all, the interviews are about getting to know each other. New beginnings can always be challenging. But don’t worry; if you join us, we will do everything we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
