Hello Kevin,

The provided table is indeed a result of calculations that should have been made by us. Based on the given data / information, we need to construct the table ourselves in order to produce the answer required to answer each tasks.

The table in this case should have been given blank indeed, but was shown filled as it is part of solution sections.

Preferably, one should come up with the table structure proactively without a need for instructions / template as is the case in real consulting situation.
