I applied for the McKinsey Dubai's office (after getting the confirmation from Dubai's recruiter about hiring) 10 days back and have not received the solve game link as of yet. I wrote to them and they said my application is under review. It has been 1 week since they replied and have not received any solve link. Is it a matter of concern or is it due to hiring being slow in Dubai? Does someone who applied to Dubai's office faced the similar situation?
In this situation what should I do?

No need to worry - it's normal for McKinsey to take time before sending out the Solve game link, especially for the Dubai office. They often review applications carefully, and as they hire very selectively in Dubai, your application might also be considered for Riyadh.
McKinsey typically replies to all applicants, even if they’re turned down, so you’ll definitely hear back in due course. It’s best to wait for now, as these processes can take some time.

I wouldn't say there's an average time, as this varies during different times of the year and from year to year.
Times can be quite slow based on a multitude of reasons. Anything from a week or two to a couple of months.
