TopTal platform?

I don't know about TopTal, but one of my major rules for any purchase/job is check the bad reviews not the good ones. The fact that there are mixed reviews definitely is a concern for me so do tread with caution!

My main advice is to network extensively and actually speak with people on the phone. Ask them the hard questions about what it is (or was) like to work there!

• Generally speaking, if the overall feedback online is mixed, I would advise you to treat this with caution. While it is very natural to always have occasional poor reviews, this should be the absolute exception.
• While I cannot, unfortunately, provide first-hand information on the platform, I would advise you to speak with people on the phone and via other networks to find out abot TopTal.

Unfortunately I cannot give you 1st hand info, because I haven´t done their process or helped anyone who has. 

However, I would say with 99% certainty that most consulting processes are MBB clones, so if you do the classical consulting prep, you will be covered.

They are a freelancer platform, so it should be more about their background check performance than anything else. But you may have interviews.

Given the profile of the freelancers I've seen there, I don't think there are many people with strong strategy backgound there. So I doubt there are case interviews in the interview process. So if there are interviews, they would be focusing on the experience.
