Sustainability Case

Dear Community,

I am preparing for MBB Interviews and during my preparation I was wondering how a  good structure for a case regarding the improvement of sustainability aspects of a company would look like? What are possible criteria to classify sustainable measures?
Do you have some ideas?

Best regards and thanks in advance.

Hi there,

I'm sorry but your question is overly vague! It's like asking “What is a good framework for public sector” or “what is a good framework for economic development” or even “what is a good framework for profitability”.

Ultimately, it completely depends on the prompt itself. As in, the question being asked, the situation/context,  and the hints/info provided.

There's no one size fits all here.

Now, that said, in general as you make changes within and organization you can use a People, Processes, Tools framework with Culture and Organization being optional.

You could possibly use Cost/Benefit as well, External/Internal, or Competition/Company/Market/Customer.

Hi there,

agree with Ian, each case needs its own framework and structure, hence hard to give you answer. If you would like to practice a sustainability case, feel free to reach out directly.

Hello!

As with all cases, it completely depends on what the target of the client is.

Cheers,
