Any thoughts from current or recent S& consultants? How common is it to work on projects from another vertical or switch alignment to another team? And is there a timeframe where this possibility opens up?

Unfortunately, I don´t have information to share with you first hand. Let´s wait for some coaches from S&, if there are any here, since they are going to be the most helpful here.
In any case, this is a great opportunity for networking! With that question as an excuse, try to get some coffe chats with people in the company, that later can also be supr helpful in terms of referrals, etc.
