Remember, equilateral triangle has perfectly even sides.
M is a triangle. So is A.
T H and E are rectangles.
M + A + T + H + E > E + M + M +A
You need to use the formula for area of a rectangle and area of an euilateral triangle to compare these shape combinations.
Looks like something from an IQ test on steroids. Good thing this is not part of consulting interviews/recruitment processes anymore, generally speaking.
It is an interesting problem but… why is this is related to consulting?
