These are some of the factors that can limit either your addressable market or the potential market share:
- Low diagnosis rates
- Low treatment rates
- Prescription vs. OTC
- Pharmacies vs. retail restrictions for OTC
- Competitor's patent
- TV ad's limitations
- Etc
