Context: Hi. I recently (July 2026) graduated with an MBA from a decent business school in spain. I was not initially targetting consulting, but tech (AI Product Manager, strategy and ops manager, etc.) because of my previous background. I got a role, interned with a top start-up, but the internship didn't convert full time due to visa constraints. I saw an open Consultant role (experienced hire) on the TDA team @ BCG London and received an interview. I have 15ish days before my requested interview date.
Concerns:
I have 0 casing experience. I am doing drills on cases but fucking up majorly on almost all of them.
I am watching lives cases on YT and there's no chance I could case that well as of today and my quant is horrendous lol.
I have never read a casebook so I don't really know any frameworks minus your basic strategy frameworks like Porters 5, RACI / RICE etc and from what ik those are not the most relevant to consulting.
I had Ds in all my finance subjects, As in strategy lmao but again I am just a naturally good writter so that helped.
How do you recommend I go ahead? I would love to make it happen and would value any advice you guys might have.
