Hi everyone, it doesn't seem like there's much info on Mercer's HR consulting hierarchy/ ranks on open source. Does anybody know if what I've listed below is accurate based on what I've tried to piece together from different sources?
Analyst (fresh grad entry point)
Associate (MBA entry point) - Also leads projects and engagement with clients. Seems like a manager in the big 4 consulting firms.
Consultant - Oversees a few projects and provides direction/ guidance on project scope. Also focusing on BD functions.
