No you will not get written feedback (that is very rare and usually comes from the interviewer directly)

In order for the 18 month rule - the idea is that you need to sure that you are sufficiently different candidate from now so they have a reason to interview you. What that means is that you need to show progress in your career, new learnings that you have had (could also be a new degree like an MBA) and any additional progress you have made professionally such as awards and recognitions.

2. Focus on your (perceived) areas of weakness. Talk to a good McK coach who can tailor a plan for you that will benefit you long term.

Hello!

I have never seen any written feedback. When it´s given, it´s usually over the phone. 

In these months, you should ensure that you keep showing that you move, advance, are curious, and continue to drive your career further. You mention you are in consulting, and this is a very challenging and changing environment that for sure will keep adding to your CV, something they will appreciate. 

Have you considered other MBBs as well?

2. What should I doing in the next 18 months to better prepare myself of I want to reapply. 

First, make sure you do well where you are. You are already building your reputation, and the word gets around. You should make good progress (promotion) and be perceived as a top performer.

Second, start preparing for the interview. This means you have to focus on your weaknesses. 

Third, make sure you know a lot about businesses. The main issue with Big4 Supply Chain and Operations is that they always looking inward into the company, whereas MBB usually look outwards into the market and competition. You need to know what are the competitive dynamics in the industries you are working on. You need to understand how your job helps them win and why (that's strategy). But most importantly, follow business news to gain a lot of business knowledge and business sense.
