This is indeed an interesting question which is probably relevant for quite a lot of users, so I'm happy to give you my perspective on it:
- All consulting companies I know of use the Microsoft OfficeSuite. Still, it is great that you are proficient with the respective Google products as they are very much transferable.
- While it is great of you that you want to get used to the dominating office software before you career entry, I would advise you not to focus too much on it for the two reasons:
- Most consulting companies provide extensive introductory trainings to all new employees to get acquainted to the toolkit used.
- The best practice still is learning on-the-job which you will have plenty of opportunity to.
