Is the PST in always in English?

Hi there!

Sorry for asking this seemingly dumb question...I'm an international student at Bocconi University in Italy and therefore I'm not very good at Italian. I just saw some ramdom page on the Intenet saying that the PST test is in Italian if one applies for a role in Italy. Is this true? Because this honestly seems pretty strange to me, considering that if it were real then much time and money would be dedicated to/wasted on the creation of the test.

Thanks for reading and your time.

Best regards,

Hello,

PST has been replaced by Imbellus in Italy. Bear in mind that you have to be proficient in Italian to apply for Italian office.

Hi,

in Italian office McK do not use anymore the PST, but the Imbellus, which is a new gamified test and is conducted in English. However the interview will be 100% in Italian.

For any other details or tips about the Milan office feel free to text me.

Best,

Antonello

Tests are always standardized to English. Interviews however are usually conducted in the local language, but there may be case-specific exceptions based on the situation/candidate/role.

Hello!

PST and the new equivalents are in English -thing that it needs to be a standarized process-.

Even in offices where the local language is key -Spain, Italy, LaTam, etc.-, where a big part of the interview will be conducted in the cited local language, expect English for the initial filter.

Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Clara

Hi A,

PST isn't the thing anymore. It was replaced by Imbellus.

Some office used English, some local. Youd better to clarify it with HR

Best,

Anré
