It's one piece of the puzzle and I tend to say that it would be a suitable school for applications, especially in the Middle East.
Other considerations:
The name of the school is one thing. Also consider the specific program, your GPA, the leadership experience you gain while being part of it (e.g., clubs and organizations)
Relevant work experience is equally important
Supply of suitable candidates is extremely high for the Middle East, so other brand names will have an advantage (Oxbridge, etc.)
