Dear all,
Hope you are staying safe these days.
I am a current master's student. Last year I applied for McK BA, passed the CV screening but dinged after the digital assessment. Now, I am planning to reapply the next fall. As per my research, the digital assessment (game) tests the following skills:
1) Critical Reasoning
2) Decision Making
3) Metacognition
4) Situational Awareness
5) Systems thinking.
Now, I want to prepare at a granular level for each category. I have read that for 4 and 5 playing strategy games such as Civilization is recommended. For the other three solving GMAT problems is advisable.
Now since I will also have a project during the summer, I don't want to waste my time in the wrong direction. What do you recommend for each category? Are the above recommendations feasible? What else can I do to maximize my chances of passing?
Plus, at the same time, I will prepare for the case interview since usually there is a short period between the test and the interview. What can I do to target them both?
Thanks in advance
