How long until I should receive an application portal link after a McKinsey referral has submitted my resume?

An associate partner at McKinsey in the USA referred me for a consulting position, but I haven’t received the application link yet even though it has been 10 days since he said he sent it into the system.

Should I reach out to my referral or just be more patient?
