Hi Anonymous,
For the sake of efficiency, the first contact is done via email to inform you about outcome.
The regular phone call afterwards is a pure formality and just for aligning the interview date(s). However, if there are some reasonable doubts a first pre-interview could still take place - but this is also arranged explicitly.
Hope that helps - if so, please be so kind to give it a thumbs-up with the green upvote button below!

I'm curious to know if you've applied already. How long ago? — Anonymous B on Oct 16, 2020

Are you applying for a BA or an Associate position? — Anonymous A on Oct 16, 2020
Still not completely sure haha. I would like to apply for the Associate position but I'm a non-MBA, Maybe Junior Associate? — Anonymous B on Oct 16, 2020
I think that they would offer you a position based on your overall performance (technically you can enter as an Associate with an advanced degree (MA, MSc, PhD) and several years of experience. — Anonymous A on Oct 16, 2020
Since we're using this as a chatbox, which position did u apply for? — Anonymous B on Oct 16, 2020 (edited)

I suppose they are more competent in assessing whether somebody is suited for a BA or an Associate. But do as you prefer! — Anonymous A on Oct 16, 2020
