Hi everyone,
I'm going to BCG´s Presentation Skills Training for Women with non-business background in Zürich (7th Nov) and wondered if anyone here has gone to one of these "networking" events of BCG?
- What will the workshop part be about? What do we present?
- What kind of fit questions can be expected? Just "why consulting" and "tell me about yourself" or questions like "tell me about a time you showed leadership skills" as well?
- What would make a participant stand out positively or what are they looking for?
- Will it be generally held in English or in our native language?
Thank you very much for your answers in advance!
Kind regards,
Sarah

Fit questions at BCG Presentation Skills Training for Women
Overview of answers
Hi Sarah
I've attended other events by BCG Zurich (BCG Bob Camp and Ladies Night). They are not testing you, but give you the opportunity to learn more about BCG and meet consultants.
- This workshop will potentially show the common pitfalls women make during presentation, e.g. high voice at the end of a sencetence instead of "going down". It won't really matter what you will present. Enjoy the insights and feedback you get.
- You won't be asked any fit questions. Rather prepare some questions beforehand that you want to ask the consultants about themselves and their work at BCG.
- show your interest and curiosity in BCGs work. If you have the opportunity to present something, do that; it shows that you are proactive and challenge yourself. That's it :-)
Enjoy the event!

Hello!
On top of the insights already shared in the post, the "Integrated FIT guide for MBB" has been recently published in PrepLounge´s shop (https://www.preplounge.com/en/shop/tests-2/integrated-fit-guide-for-mbb-34)
It provides an end-to-end preparation for all three MBB interviews, tackling each firms particularities and combining key concepts review and a hands-on methodology. Following the book, the candidate will prepare his/her stories by practicing with over 50 real questions and leveraging special frameworks and worksheets that guide step-by-step, developed by the author and her experience as a Master in Management professor and coach. Finally, as further guidance, the guide encompasses over 20 examples from real candidates.
Feel free to PM me for disccount codes, since we still have some left from the launch!
