Deloitte Last round

Hi All,

I have applied for the position of Human Capital consultant at Deloitte (India). I have my last round on this friday. What are the possible questions that could be asked during last round? What all should I prepare for?. Can someone share some interesting facts about deloitte which I could use during my interview.

You need to push your interview back (if possible). It is quite late to be trying to figure this out!

To answer your questions:

What are the possible questions that could be asked during last round?

Literally anything. Any function, any industry, any problem (in terms of case). In terms of fit, again, any fit-based question could be asked (especially "Resume Walkthrough", "Why Consulting", and "Why Deloitte".

What all should I prepare for?

Everything. Casing (both structured and unstructured), brainstorming, fast math, market sizing, fit/behavioral whens.

Can someone share some interesting facts about deloitte which I could use during my interview.

More important, go and research Deloitte and figure out what aspects of the company appeal to YOU in particular.

Hi there,

If there is no possibility to reschedule, I'd put all my effort into research about the company for these two days.

I recommend you checking other forums like Reddit, Fishbowl, Quora, Glassdoor.

Congrats for moving to final round!

As it has been outlined, its very similar, but :

Cases you can expect are more "free riding" - less organized than the ones your found in the 1st round or most prep pages

Stronger emphasis in the FIT part, as outlined before by other coaches.
