Hello Everyone,
I am trying to apply to MBB firms and a few more consulting ones, I wonder whether my CV is on point and would give me a chance to get into the interview process. What do You think I could change or improve?
Thanks

Hi Sebastiano,

Overall your experiences are quite good and your resume has a lot of potential!

that said, there is a fair amount you can do to optimize your resume and improve your odds. Some of the things that stand out to me are:

  1. Remove your semi-colons...this is very bizarre formatting
  2. There are some bullet points that don't add value and take up space. Go through your resume and remove these. As an example, two of them are "Youngest MBA candidate in class" and "Selected among catholic university students for the summer program"
  3. You seriously need to improve your experience bullet points. I need to see much more fleshed out experience bullet points that highlight what you did and the value-add. They are currently far too short and generic. For example "Identified rising business opportunities and built long-term relationships with prospects". This tells me nothing! How did you do this? What opportunities? How many prospects and what was the $ value of the contracts obtained?
  4. Your first 2 items in your last "Leadership" section should look more like your work experience sections...i.e. they need to be fleshed out fully.
  5.
