Consulting Case: How many rádio stations have in the USA?

Hi! I saw this questions and ask me how to solve this.

Can I start with the population of the USA? And then I will work with the county? Like:

- A small town have 3 radio station (average), but some small town doesn't have anyone.

- A medium town have 5 radio statio (average). And then go in that way.

Or just go in another way? This case really catch me.

Hi, 

I think your approach has its merits. However, I believe your assumptions are overly aggressive -  3 radio stations in a small town is A LOT. 

 Now the challenge is to come up with numbers for the number of small / medium / large towns.
