First of all looking at the career paths of our TKMC alumni most of them developed in the tk group, only a really small number decided to proceed carrier outside of tk.

The one who decided to stay with tk, took different leading roles across all function and businesses. One former Managing director for example is currently the Head of Strategy of tk and another the CFO of Steel. Other positions of alumni are for example Corporate Communication Strategy Manager, Manager Strategy at Components Technology, Head of SMD and elevate PMO, Assistance of CHRO, Project manager elevator, Head of business excellence etc.

Working at TKMC gives you really good opportunities to make next carrier steps within the group.TKMC is also kind of talent pool for the group. In times of “war for talents”, having young good educated people who know the company and the business and have already gain work experience is a big plus for the company.

During your time at TKMC you get to know a lot of different areas of the company and build up a broad network across functions and organization and the organization also gets to know you. So many of alumni left because of either a project related take over or there were pulled by another TKMC alumni.
