Hi there,
Honestly it's impossible to keep track! There's variation across offices, across roles, across the channels used for that role, and across time (things change).
The best way to find out is to ask the Dubai office directly as you network with them :)
In terms of preparing, get good at casing first! When/if you find out you have to take the Sova test, you should have a week or two that you can use to essentially practice questions/tests!

Always better to ask directly the recruiter. These things keep on changing so there's no better way to find the freshest info aside from going to the source. Aside from this, it's also a great opportunity to connect with the recruiter and build a relationship. That might come in handy later on in the process if you need to postpone interviews or get additional guidance on the interviewing process.
