I have an interview with the Bain Dubai office this week, but I am not aware of the interview process. I have got two 40-mins interviews in my first round. Will there be a FIT interview within that duration that as well?
Also, what to expect in Round 2 if I clear this round?

Regardless as to what people say, you need to be prepared for a fit interview.
Will it happen? Maybe, maybe not. But, you can't predict these things (no matter what people say)!
Would you rather spend the extra time to be ready for fit and it no happen, or not prepare for it and it does happen?
For round 2, also expect any combination of case, fit, and market sizing.

A few weeks or months ago I would suggested 100% to have FIT really ready, but now they have changed the approach and Bain is not doing the classical FITs sometimes!
In any case, I would try to be ready.

Yes, in Dubai they usually ask fit questions during the round (in other offices instead that’s not always the case).
2) Also, what to expect in Round 2 if I clear this round?
You should get the same structure: fit+case+your questions.

Hello Francesco, Thank you for your response. In fact, I had Bain Dubai's first round yesterday for an associate consultant position and there was no fit portion. I noticed that both of my cases were a bit easy cases, conventional with no complicated chart analysis or maths. I have my final round tomorrow and I'd like to know if I should expect more difficult questions or more conventional but with the interviewer challenging me for each question. That’s good to know, I helped a candidate for Bain Dubai 1 month ago (post MBA position) and she got fit questions in both first and final round, possibly there was a change in the meantime or maybe it’s due to the different seniority. Usually there will be a short fit section (5-10 mins, and mostly on the tell me about yourself, why consulting, why bain), but Bain is more and more moving away from that process and going directly to the case part of the interview.
