Just curious, why has Bain offered some people interviews in January and some interviews in November for the same position (AC) and same intake?

Hello!
This is not uncommon or only driven by this crazy COVID year: like this they control the amount of people they have along the pipeline.
Cheers,

Hi there,
While it's hard to say for certain, this is likely due to a desire to have a second round once they better undertsand their pipeline and how many initial offers were made + accepted

Hello there!
I agree with the experts that due to the current situation it could be done for a better understanding of the number of people along the pipeline.
I don't think it reduces chances for those who are going to be interviewed in January, but you still should be well prepared and perform well.
I assume you're going to be interviewed soon?
Good luck!

In your opinion, do you therefore have a better chance of success in earlier sessions?
