Hi there,

First of all, congratulations on the invitation from Kearney!

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

  • First of all, I would highly advise you to conduct a simple online research for resources, since the components of Kearney's pre-interview assessment are highly generic and very similar to any other pre-interview assessment.
  • Moreover, the key resource you may find helpful are the SHL (practice) tests you can conduct for free, since they cover all of the componentens mentioned above.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming Kearney interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

GMAT materials are a good resource to practice for those kind of tests.

Hi there!

Happy to share some example tests (not only Kearney specific), if it helps.

Do practice - the more quality practice you do with these tests, the better is the result.

Best,
Cristian

Hi there,

Of course, google is your friend here, but so are all the other practice tests. Anything GMAT/GRE-related. any of the consulting tests that are non-case related.

Hi there,

Broaden your search. There is no free or paid Kearney Recruitment Test out there other than the one provided by Kearney themselves.

You can also practice with Bain SOVA questions as well as former McK PSTs and former BCG Online Tests (all are free).

Cheers,

Florian
