Associate, CAMPUS, BCG, what does CAMPUS mean?

I am looking forward to apply for the Associate position at BCG Middle East (specifically Dubai) for expected ideal intake 2025.

I have been monitoring the website for months (as indicated by my Referall: a partner in the BCG office) but they still have not published it. The recently published a position instead called Associate, Campus, UAE, is there any difference with the normal associate position? In the requirements, it states that, to be eligible you have to currently be pursuing a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date by September 2025. Any other difference with normal associate position? Will they immediately reject my application if I graduated from my master in 2023, and got 2 years of Exp since then?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi there,

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

  • First of all, this position targets individuals currently enrolled in academic programs, which is why they specify the requirement of being a student graduating by September 2025. This is designed to integrate students directly from university into BCG.
  • Moreover, given that you graduated in 2023 and have two years of experience, this specific role is not valid for you, and there is a chance that you will get banned for 12-18 months (for all roles) if you apply to this one nonetheless.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on your specific situation, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

Hi there,

It refers to campus recruiting -> "to be eligible you have to currently be pursuing a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date by September 2025"

Cheers,
Florian

Hello there,

As you mentioned, an eligibility requirement is that you have to be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation by September 2025, so it implies the opening is for current students nearing program completion

Regarding whether you’d be automatically rejected, it’s more likely than not considering you don’t meet that eligibility requirement but I’d suggest you reach out to the recruiter for more clarity while explaining your context and highlighting your strengths.

Feel free to reach out directly for any specific pointers.

Fathu
