These are both specialized consulting shops, not really strat ones. A&M is probably more famous & recognized, and I know some MBB who go there next.

To address your question specifically, which Tier group... lower Tier2 for A&M, boutique for AlixPartners?

Thanks Guennael! If you would compare A&M vs. A.T. Kearney or Roland Berger would you see a big difference?
