How I work:
1) Tailor-made sessions: I make sure every prep-interview we have is tailored to your needs, both in speed as in difficulty level. Whether you are just starting out, or trying to nail the final details of your approach, I put the focus where you need it most: building confidence, improving your structure, getting the wording right, doing the analysis, proper closing of the case, whatever it takes and even if we go over time. I can prepare you for the cases as well as the personal fit part.
2) Holistic approach: I will take away your doubts on the interview process as a whole. I am familiar with a variety of interview formats used by the main firms, and can share useful practical information on how to tackle them.
3) Professional feedback, during and after the case: I use an extensive list of KPIs, beyond those available on Preplounge, to judge your performance in an objective way to allow for clear & focused feedback. This will also allow for tracking of your personal performance improvement in multiple interviews. During prep interviews I may "step out of my role" as interviewer, to coach you on a particular technique, and allow you to try again. This helps you to improve as you go, rather than just getting an overload of feedback at the end of our discussion.
