I worked for 5+ years as a consultant at McKinsey, Deloitte, and a tech boutique. Throughout, I was a top performer, ranking in the 90th percentile among my peers. Besides client work, I was heavily involved in these firms' recruiting processes and interviewed candidates myself. So, I first passed the interviews from the outside and then ran them from the inside. That dual perspective is what I bring to every session.
