I am a former McKinsey Engagement Manager based in Dubai, UAE. I worked on 20+ projects over 5 years and in 6 countries.

I was an official interviewer for McKinsey and gave 100+ interviews, as such my methods and cases are very close to those given at real McKinsey - or other consulting firms' interviews.

I have a passion for coaching that I continue to pursue out of McKinsey by helping candidates land their dream consulting jobs !

Interview Coaching

Valerian is an excellent coach. He knows the McKinsey interview process inside and out, and his feedback is much more helpful than anything I could get from casing with peers.
