Hello! My name is Karim. I’m a BCG Project Leader, born and raised in Lebanon

I started my consulting career in Dubai in 2017 with Deloitte before moving to France during COVID to pursue my MBA. During that period, I worked quite rigorously, secured 6/6 offers to the firms I applied for, including the MBBs. After graduating, I returned to Dubai and continued my consulting journey with BCG Middle East

Over the years—especially after my MBA—I developed a real passion for helping people break into the MBB world. Many of the people I’ve supported didn’t necessarily fit the traditional “target profile”: maybe their GPA wasn’t perfect, or they didn’t come from the schools that MBB firms typically prioritize. In other cases, their profile was already strong, but they simply didn’t have the confidence to believe they could break into the very top firms—and just needed someone to push them, guide them, and help refine their craft

If that sounds like you, I want you to know that breaking in is always possible, it just requires a careful planning, and calculated steps

What started as something I did informally for friends and colleagues has now grown into something I’d love to offer more broadly.
