I am French and Moroccan, and I spent 5 years at McKinsey in Paris, including a 6-month transfer to the London office. I hold a record promotion track in the Paris office, with two promotions in my first 18 months, and promotion to Engagement Manager after only 3 years and 7 months. My project experience is primarily across Europe, with additional exposure to the US market.

Before McKinsey, I was a Strategy Intern at Kearney in Dubai (2019), giving me strong insight into consulting recruitment and practices in the GCC region.

At McKinsey, I interviewed 50+ candidates and am deeply familiar with the full interview process and evaluation criteria. I became a coach because I personally struggled to find clear, insider guidance when preparing for consulting interviews. Today, my goal is to help candidates prepare efficiently and confidently — with practical advice from someone who has been on the interviewer’s side.
