I am currently preparing for McKinsey interviews and reached out to Luca as a potential coach. Even during the free introductory call, Luca provided highly valuable insights into the interview process and answered all my questions in a clear and structured way. During our case study session, he used his own McKinsey-style case and closely simulated an actual interview setting. This was particularly helpful, as practicing with peers has a very different dynamic and cannot fully replicate real interview conditions. Although we exceeded the scheduled time, Luca provided comprehensive and detailed feedback across all dimensions of the case, even including aspects that are often overlooked, such as non-verbal communication throughout the interview. Overall, the coaching session was extremely valuable and will clearly help me in my upcoming interviews. I am very much looking forward to the next session!
