My name is Maxim, I joined Bain & Company as a Business Analyst in 2016, spent 9 years climbing career ladder through 5 promotions with my latest role as a Senior Manager in Dubai office.
Throughout my decade at MBB I worked and led 20+ engagements in a variety of industries from due diligences to aviation.
I was an active interviewer at Bain for 6 years from 2019 to 2024, conducted hundreds of case and behavioral interviews selecting high-quality talent for my offices.
In early 2025 I was a candidate myself, trying to land a Principal-level job in several consulting companies in the Middle East, prior to joining an industry as a Director of Strategy, so I have a fresh perspective on consulting job market and advice to senior candidates.
Recently, I published a book about my experience at Bain - "The Management Consultant: Lessons From My Five Promotions at Bain & Company", available on Amazon.

The most effective way to prepare for the case interview at MBB is to go through mock interview.
