About Me
I’m Pallav Jha — a management consultant turned coach with over a decade of experience across industry and top-tier consulting firms. Originally from a small town in India and a non-target school background, I’ve navigated some of the toughest interviews in global consulting through persistence, preparation, and structured communication.
From cracking my McKinsey Dubai internship as a true outlier, to landing interviews and offers across geographies (Middle East, Australia, Netherlands) via LinkedIn outreach, I understand both sides of the consulting table. I’ve also built three startups across industries and regions, raising capital and learning through both success and failure — experiences I now bring into coaching to add a fresh, entrepreneurial lens to the case-solving process.
