Interview Coaching
The session with Phenyo was extremely helpful and insightful. He helped me understand what I was doing incorrectly in certain sections and where I was doing well he helped me to understand how I could do even better. In that sense, it was a very holistic coaching session in that it focused on my weaknesses and how I could get those to a level of an exceptional candidate and further focused on my strengths and how to make those even better. A good example of this is that I was struggling with structuring throughout the case. Through Phenyo’s coaching I am now better able to make sure that I structure my answers are at a level of an exceptional candidate. With Phenyo’s feedback and coaching,
• I made it through the first round of my interview for one of the MBB firms.
• The feedback that I got after the interview was very positive and in line with the work that Phenyo and I had done to improve my casing performance.
• I am looking forward to taking his feedback as I go into my final round of interviews.

It was a very informative session. Phenyo was able to share a lot of insight with regards to what would be expected of aspiring candidates and did it in a way that was easy to receive.
