I have spent 10+ years in consulting and am now running my own firm. For the majority of that period i was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and spent a considerable amount of time on recruiting. I have spent >1000 hrs interviewing first and final round candidates, doing case coaching and preparation as well as mentorship. I have experience in recruiting in Africa and Europe (where i also did interviews at key intake universities e.g., INSEAD). 

I am passionate about coaching rather than just providing practice and that means i can support you in think about how to engage in addressing cases and your experience in a way that brings out the best in you as well as provide a framework of thinking how best to approach any case
