I have always had a passion for solving complex problems, which led me to apply to MBB 7 years ago. My dedication and love for case interviews paid off, as I received offers from all three firms.
During my five years at McKinsey, I have leveraged this passion to coach over 30 applicants in my first year. This experience paved the way for me to become an interviewer, where I have conducted over 100 interviews in the last four years. My approach involves using more than 10 cases from the Firm and developing my own, giving me a unique insight into what it takes to succeed. My coaching method focuses on transforming candidates from "good to great."
In addition to my expertise in interview coaching, I specialize in sustainability, development work in Africa, and food systems transformation. I am eager to share my insights in these areas with those looking to deepen their understanding.
