Hi! I'm Mikhail. I'm an experienced consultant and recruiter, both in the MBB (Bain) and corporate worlds. I've been helping people get better at cases and fit interviews since 2014, starting with my business school classmates. Since then, I've interviewed 60+ candidates (making hiring decisions for 30+), and helped dozens more master solving cases, build outstanding resumes, get better at fit interviews, and secure jobs in Consulting and industry.
I have a deep understanding of business strategy and operations - I've worked on a great variety of business problems (from sales strategy turnarounds, to org restructuring, to enterprise software systems redesign) in a wide range of industries (from oil & gas to airlines to consumer electronics and telecom).
However, the thing I've always enjoyed most in my career is coaching - helping people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to reach their goals, whether it be getting promoted or landing their dream job. I would love to do the same for you.
