My process involves 3 steps:
- Understanding you - I will spend the first 10 minutes better understanding you. I want to know what your strengths and weaknesses are, what your motivation is for consulting, your familiarity with casing. All of these will influence how we bring the best version of you to the interview.
- Tailoring the case - I will choose cases and emphasize parts of cases that target your key developmental areas.
- Reviewing actionable feedback - During the case I will take notes about your performance and we will review them immediately after the case to give you a chance to ask questions about my feedback. We will even discuss ways to improve all areas of your case performance. After our conversation, I will share a copy of the notes for you to keep.
