Leveraging on a multi-year experience in consulting and having interviewd 100+ candidates, my approach will be based on:
- Mock interviews based on real life examples
- Test the trainee against each of the key areas recruiters base their decisions on
- Share framework and gameplan to improve those areas and leave trainee with portfolio of excercises that can be done autonomously
